QCS Purchasing Requires All Approved Suppliers Meet the Following Requirements–to ensure the QCS Membership that our products meet or exceed all regulatory requirements and are the safest products possible.

Suppliers are required to provide QCS a current 3rd party audit for each facility that supplies our members. An electronic copy of the entire audit may be submitted or an electronic copy of the executive summary page and the page showing the scores for each auditable section.

• Continuing Food and Drug Guaranty document
• Certificate of Liability Insurance
• Kosher Certificate
• Copy of HACCP (if providing 100% juice base product)
• Copy of a 3rd Party Audit
• Copy of Spec Sheet
• Material Safety Data Sheets
• A copy of the Biosecurity (Food Defense) Plan or Table of Contents or a letter signed by an executive of the company that a Food Defense plan has been implemented and is evaluated annually.
