Sales Training in a Changing Dairy Environment (1 full day/then continues 1/2 day the following AM)

The sales training in a changing dairy environment workshop emphasizes development of the sales individual to empower them to better understand, reach and influence the most important asset of any company–customers. This workshop is designed to remain focused on the fundamentals of selling while presenting some new ways of thinking, new approaches and expanding those fundamentals to include essential new elements to address emerging needs in this ever-changing industry. It will help the sales representative understand that leadership skills at all levels are vital to an organization’s success; ways to improve those leadership skills; prepare properly for a sales call including knowing the right questions to ask, as well as preparing for objections; and ways to become more solutions-oriented. As strong results are the ultimate objective, finally it will propose practical approaches that have been proven successful in practice in the dairy industry to gain and maintain results.

About The Instructor

Steve Drabek

Steve Drabek, Director of Training and Employee Development at the Dairy Learning Center. In his current capacity Steve travels the U.S. conducting leadership and sales workshops, and management coaching. With more than 35 years in the dairy industry, his background includes experience in Sales, Logistics and Production Planning. Steve is a graduate of Ohio State University.
