Coaching for Growth is a one day workshop that will give supervisors & managers the skills to engage employees to a higher performance. Coaching is a process of working with employees to reinforce or change behavior. Managers who have a structured coaching approach will achieve a greater success at helping employees achieve their potential while increasing performance.
