Center for Food Safety

Food Safety Project (Grades 9-12)
Iowa State University Extension's Web-based food safety lessons help students learn, at their own pace, about food-borne pathogens and how to avoid them. Each of the lessons ends with an automatically graded test that gives personalized feedback on student performance.
